sharing this with design team, it's an interesting idea.
however, in the event we were to want to "rotate" in windowed mode, we are a
very long way from that and isn't a requirement currently on the horizon of our
product management team.

Windowed mode is highly experimental and not completed yet. Can't answer
your question yet. There are some discussions and planning that needs to
happen still.
