Marking as won't fix since no proposed icon (and associated patch) was
included in the report. Further, Inkscape may be providing Tango icons
in its next release so we would use those in preference to ubuntu-
specific ones anyway.

I think that the Tango icon theme was created as a example of the new Tango
guidelines.
Now that Tangerine has taken its place, they think its not needed anymore.

I can reintroduce the tango style inkscape icon in tangerine, but it
would be better to have inkscape shipping that icon in the first place,
that's an inkscape bug to my eyes and overriding the it's icon is like
hiding that bug istead of fixing it.
