I found out that it needed 16BIT to fix it. Thats because in 24bit mode the
i810 cant do direct rendering. it can only do it in 16bit

Could you please recheck it with Gutsy Final Live CD? In Gutsy i810 driver is
deprecated and intel driver is used instead.
Btw. your xorg.conf has some options with could be a problem so a recheck with
the Live CD would be great.

it happens to everything on 24bit but not on 16 bit. I did try the intel
driver two. I did have tranparency on 24bit so that proably is the cause
as 815e is not able to do direct rendering on 24bit.
