SRU Justification
Impact:
The upstream process for stable tree updates is quite similar
in scope to the Ubuntu SRU process, e.g., each patch has to
demonstrably fix a bug, and each patch is vetted by upstream
by originating eit
Since 3.16.7-ckt11 appears to be affected by the ext4+raid0+trim
corruption bug [1], it might be better not to update to -ckt11.
