On my natty as well as on my oneiric system the expo plugin isn't
translated into German at all and I can't find an option called "Tilt
View" in the "Behaviour" tab. So I think we could mark this bug as
invalid.

Hmm...well, because the strings that compizconfig-settings-manager
displays come from the plugin metadata that ships with the plugins, the
bug is in the package that ships the Expo plugin - compiz-fusion-
plugins-main.
The string "Ansicht kippen" appears in the translation files for compiz-
fusion

Oh, I'm sorry. I just realized that the translation for the plugin texts
are packaged together with the plugins instead of the ccsm. So this bug
should be there. I'll check if it's still around in hardy and file it
there, if necessary.
