This is caused by "systemctl default" which isolates default.target and
shuts down anything else. IMHO this is an actual bug, or at least
unexpected/inconvenient.
I propose this fix: http://paste.ubuntu.com/10923461/ I'll discuss it
with Michael Biebl, and commit it to experimental/vivid when we
