before wily will be released. So I wasn't going to bother with 4.4.2 for that.
Daily builds
for wily are available - so those testing pre-release Ubuntu can also test
pre-release

I don't have any plan for a PPA, maybe Dirk has some plans. FYI, upstream is
providing Ubuntu packages.
