Now that you have created the "disable" file, can you attach the output
from glxinfo? It should work when you are not using Xgl, and if it
doesn't then that's a different, more serious, bug!

The lspci's output is:

and i'm using
the ati driver (not fglrx).
Actualy, glxinfo crashes with "Segmentation fault" error. I've tried to
reinstall libgl1-mesa-glx but nothing changes.
Another strange thing is

and driver you are using? Also, could you attach the output of the
"glxinfo" command (you can generate this by running glxinfo >
glxinfo.log in a terminal)?
If you need to temporarily disable Xgl in order to do this, you can
