Yes, just enable the -proposed will allow this system to install the 2:15.200
fglrx on stock 14.04.2, I will mark this bug as duplicated.

You might want to use the package in trusty-proposed, which includes the
fix. Somebody must have marked LP: #1424491 as Fix released, when it
really isn't (as the packages are still in -proposed)

the fglrx installed with this workaround on 201305-13534 is 2:13.350.1
(But I think shouldn't it be 2:15.200-0ubuntu0.2 as for Trusty?)
