Unexpected notifiaction about bazillions of voicemails

By the way :
1- I get "voice mail" notifications on reboot, even if I have NO voice
mail
2- I DON'T get any new voice mail notification when a voice mail
arrives.
My phone provider is Free and I noticed the lack of voice mail
notifications on some newer Android phones, but not on my old HTC

Once again, but no reboot:
I go outside a shopping (where no network gsm).
And when network comes, this notification cames up too:

This bug just has been triggered one again:
Phone got power off due to no battery
I wait 6% before boot. And then: (cf attachement)

Few weeks ago, my phone was suppose to ring because it was alarm
morning. But i was eyes closed tryeiçg to swith off the * alarm to
have "5 more minutes".
But nothing to do, it was keeping vibrating
Brr
So I had to open my eyes. I did not understand why it was vibratiçg so
much,
