Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. Unfortunately xmms was removed since Ubuntu 8.04 "Hardy
Heron" because it was unmaintained. xmms-skins was removed too because
it is useless without xmms. So we will not fix your bug. You can use
audacious instead.
xmms-skins package installs skins in /usr/share/xmms/Skins. This
directory should be added to the "default place to look for skins" not
/usr/share/Skins
It would be also nice if xmms-skins package would be a dependency for
xmms :)
