after stopping cups, i rm printers.conf and deleted the network printers entry from printers.conf.O restarted cups using cups webgui, manually added the network printers with "Share" field checked. all the printers as seen in cups webgui now appears in ubuntu print dialogs and in system-config-p

Same problem as quiricada says in #8, if I un-share a printer, it cannot be listed in 'system-config-printer'. I think this happens after I upgrade from ubuntu 14.10 to 15.04 at Apr. 24. But today I just find it because I want to print something, but cannot find any printers listed in print dialog
