Warm CPU
The problem was that the CPU in my computer was going warm because too little
air flow.
The reason for bad air flow was dirt on the cooling channels (between the
wings) of the metal temperature sink.
After taking it out and cleaning it with a vacuum cleaner, the temperature went
down to

I had the same problem. This seemed to answer it for me

Pretty much uninstalling the virtualbox.org version and installing the
debian package fixed it.

I have the same problem with Ubuntu 15.04.
Only kernel 3.18.0-13 or previous versions work. All 3.19.* kernels also
4.* RC will freeze the system after a few seconds...

Ok i have try linux-image-3.19.0-031900-generic version, system crash
and try linux-image-3.19.0-031900rc1-generic system didn't crash, but
the vbox driver crash and my VM freeze. I had this trace:

prior kernel version where you were not having this particular problem?
