A small wart: "For messages, use: Ask me each time" is not grammatical.
As long as the "Ask me each time" option exists, the word "use" needs
pushing into the other individual options.

That would be perfect. The last time I saw the “default sim for messages”
spec it was buried deep in a Canonical-only document.
Also, maybe move both “default sim for calls” and “default sim for
messages” into it's own panel like we do for “connection type” [1]?
