It's the ubuntukylin-default-settings package which modifies /etc/os-
release:
$ grep -r 'os-release' *
debian/ubuntukylin-default-settings.postrm:sed -i "/NAME/s/Ubuntu

I do not have that file in my Vivid Kylin, inside /etc/apport/native-origins.d
I have firefox and thunderbird files, nothing more.

I've manually edited the /etc/os-release file deleting kylin and it works.
