Hi,
I upgraded yesterday to Gutsy to Feisty and had this very problem.
Everything was OK as long as I used 96DPI in Gnome. However changing it
to 80DPI (my preferred setting) made Firefox fonts nearly illegible
(smaller than every other app). Changing layout.css.dpi from -1 to 80 as
per Ivan Ivano

Okay, thanks Arthur.
I'm currently wrestling with Gutsy installer problems on three separate
notebooks. When I finally get them installed I'll check what the Firefox
setting is on those before and after starting Firefox for the first
time, and if there's a reproducable problem I'll mark this comf
MIne was a fresh installation of Gutsy from scratch.

Arthur, was your issue caused by upgrading from Feisty to Gutsy the same
as Ivan's?
