It's the task scope and I couldn't observe it anywhere else. It's the
only scope where I use the pull down update function.
Yes, it survives the reboot.
Yesterday I opened a task which is still missing on the scope - even after a
reboot.
What else information do you need? Any log or so?..

Can you describe the problem in a bit more detail, please? Does any
scope in particular suffer from this, or all of them? Does the situation
"survive" through reboots?
