I believe this bug should be closed... It has been fixed for me in the

I had an issue in -13 but it is working in -14 now. I dont know for
sure if it is neccessary but reinstalling the firmware helped me some on
the -14 kernel. Same Broadcom 4306.

I have a similar card, a "broadcom 4318" and I have not noticed any
problems. Although it is a slightly different model number. Also, I have
my firmware directly in "/lib/firmware/" instead of in the kernel
specific folder.
