The mentioned projects was made with samples from a library other than the
default one and this is now fixed upstream by simply removing the projects.
Fixed in upcoming LMMS-1.2.0 release.

This may very well be the case that we are missing a FLAC dependency for
Ubuntu... was this bug present in previous versions?
I commented on your other bug posting about a newer branch 1.0.3 which you
could test to try to reproduce this bug.
