Definitely a bug in the parser in displayconfig-gtk: it should take note
of that as starting a comment (the X.org parser does).

Ok it's a bug. worked when i removed the #. (it starts now)
But displayconfig-gtk only lets me choose 50hz. and i know that it's running in
100hz.

On the line that reads "EndMode#", can you try to remove the # sign and
then try displayconfig-gtk? It looks like displayconfig-gtk may have a
bug in parsing the xorg.conf file.
