Hi,
I am working on packaging 1.1.1 (the newest version) currently, unfortunately
I need to either patch it manually or wait until 1.1.2 comes out.
I want the latest available version to be in Vivid. 1.1.0 is the latest stable
release, however vivid is not an LTS, so I do not see a need to only
... and 1.1.0 is out now (would be for vivid, not for utopic, i guess)
Israel, 1.0.3 from your repo works perfectly on Utopic :)

I also think that an important package such as "lmms" should be updated
at least in Utopic Unicorn (14.10).
The project has been improving a lot during this last weeks and it
deserves to be used in its full potential.

Hi, unfortunately we did not have a MOTU that would be able to upload on our
behalf. So we were at the whim of the Ubuntu community looking at our
packages. So, only 1.0.2 is out, and available.
That said, I built this PPA for you if you want to test it out.
