I believe the problem is that the source package contains two different
versions of the ketchup.1 man page. One of them is correct but the file
that is actually installed on the system (verified on Gutsy) is
incorrect. The incorrect version is in debian/ketchup.1

I attached a simple patch that eliminates the duplicated options list.
Apply with "patch p1 < ketchup-0.9.8-man-fixed.diff".
