remove it.

When editing the app, I couldn't find any reference to the installed
desklet. So, I don't even know the file name. As for where I got it, I'm
pretty sure I got it from this site:

Can you exactly tell us what you downloaded where from ?
gdesklets.org hasn't been working for a few weeks/month now, neither do I know
an archive there, except the "unofficial gDesklets Desklet Archive", but I
can't find anything like a "workspace switche

If its not possible to delete the running desklet the "common way" edit
the "/home/[your username]/.gdesklets/displays" text file and delete
that desklet entry. Then restart the daemon -> gdesklets restar
