Could you please recheck this issue with Ubuntu Gutsy Gibbon 7.10 Live
CD? The i810 driver is obsolete and replaced with the new Intel driver.
This one was also available with Feisty. Just install xserver-xorg-
video-intel and replace the i810 entry in xorg with intel .

Also, it seems only happen with a wide screen resolution of 1280x800.
I cannot reproduce the problem with a resolution of 1024x768.

The bug seems to happen only when the mouse cursor is on the right side
of the screen. The behavior is normal when the cursor x coordinate <
screen width/2.
