using TDF's own 6.3.0 deb, so this appears to be an upstream issue (or
quite possibly, an intended feature).

Hmm, ok perhaps "Incomplete" is a better status. Ubuntu 14.04 is no
longer receiving maintenance updates. If this is still an issue on a
maintained version of Ubuntu please let us know.
