On Ubuntu Trusty, it now works properly with Firefox 32 (version

I suppose the status can be changed to "Fix released", unless some of you still
have the issue

I am also experiencing this on a new install of Ubuntu Studio 14.04,
with Firefox 31.0 installed.
Streetview was working fine on my old Ubuntu Studio 12.04 install but
not since upgrading! Not sure which version of Firefox was installed
there but should have been pretty recent!

And that's a workaround, not a solution. WebGL is quite CPU-intensive
and one should be able to choose not to use it. But the bug forbids this
choice

Not quite why following the above links cures the issue, but so far, so

I have the same in Firefox (Ubuntu 14.04 64bit, FF 30.0, integrated

I'm having the same problem with Firefox 30 in conjunction with Intel
Sandybridge Mobile. As an alternative, Street View works just fine for
me in the 32-bit version (but not the 64-bit version) of Google Earth,
the .deb for which can be found at

Just as an added data point to the two previous users with nvidia and
Radeon graphics cards, I'm using Intel graphics myself, and having the
exact same problem.

I'm seeing it too on Debian with FF/iceweasel 29.0.1
I'm using nvidia proprietary driver and you're using open-source radeon, so I

I cannot reproduce the issue on chromium (it works there).
