I must apologies for the previous comments in this bug; it's not very
helpful to ask for more information without providing instructions on
how to retrieve that information.
You should have a file ending in .crash under the /var/crash directory,
with the name of usb_modeswi
There is not enough information in this report to actually say whether
this is a bug or not. As such, unless more information is provided, I'm
marking this as "Incomplete".
