bzr-gtk. However, it's been a while since an upload has been made from
that.

The commit-notify command is still disabled by a patch. It sounds
like this patch should be dropped for the next upload.

Don't think its invalid, the desktop file is still there as of hardy
latest, and the bzr commit-notify command still does not exist.
