Also manifests itself when booting:
press ctrl-alt-F1 to get to VT1 and see some kinit lines about trying to
resume, finding no image and doing a normal boot. Then three lines:

This bug is actually showing up in the busybox-initramfs package. We're
seeing it in the in Ubuntu Mobile and Embedded project in the initramfs
that we create for the project.
