Ubuntu have this fixed, and it's not so much a bug as an annoyance (in
some sense). And there is (IMO, valid) workaround (`apt-get install
phpunit php5-cgi`).

I looked into this and have found the following:
Starting with Ubuntu 14.10, php-text-template depends on php5-common
instead of php5 [1]. So that dependency is fixed.
Though I attempted to install phpunit on Ubuntu
