Did this just recently start happening after an upgrade? Was there a prior kernel that did not hit the oops? Also, can you give the latest mainline kernel a test to see if this issue is already fixed upstream? The 3.15-rc1 kernel can be downloaded from: http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/main
