This bug can now be _closed_ as it cannot be reproduced on any other
Weybridges, and a BIOS update fixed the original problem on the original
Weybridge machine.

I am sorry for late reponse due to I missed your message before.
I just tried to reproduce it on the weybridge which you used before and got the
same issue, then I reset the BIOS to default setting, the issue disappeared!
Here is the configuration for this Machine:
7.10 Tribe 5,
Not using Weybridge, but have same result:
I get this ALMOST every time trying to boot the live CD (It did work
once).

(both i386 LIVE CD)
ABit NF7-S Motherboard (Nvidia Nforce 2 chipset)
AMD Athlon XP 3200+
2GB RAM
Nvidia Geforce 5900XT

I cannot reproduce this with tribe5 CDs (i386 desktop and IA32e desktop)
on another weybridge box now.
The configuration of the weybridge box is:
