The difference is that you can't actually "unlock" this with edge swipe
in dash, as you can with the "grey tint" bug... I'm worried this is not
the same bug, let's keep it separate and if get fixed by the fix you
have in store confirms this is the same problem.

If bug 1300326 happens really close to the end of the "dash-fade-in" the
grey tint is not visible any more, but the MouseArea filtering input is
still enabled. I think its the Smoo
