This isn't really a bug in the package, rather a mishap in updating.
There isn't really a fix that can be applied to linux-source-2.6.22 that
can solve this. Unfortunately it relies on the restricted drivers and
the kernel being present together at the time the kernel upgrades.

I tried updating. The first time it didn't bring down the latest
restricted modules but after restarting then updating again, it did
bring down the modules :-)
