It would be nice if the `ubuntu-emulator list` would return something
smart when the ubuntu-emulator is not found. Also the ubuntu-emulator
should handle the case when it is run with pkexec and not with sudo.

When creating the emulator instance the user is prompted for the sudo
password (need to check if this is really required)
It seems that whatever script is run creates the folder ~/.local/share
/ubuntu-emulator with root ownership
