[Bug 128600] Re: mp3 support not automatically installed with picard

2008-09-05 Thread Lukáš Lalinský
Well, this was reported against 0.7.2, where the fix was required. But since then a new version was released, and I normally don't (re)check Ubuntu bug reports, unless I get notified by mail, like in this case. -- mp3 support not automatically installed with picard https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs

Fair enough, but you could've closed this bug report way back then and not worry about it anymore :) I'll drop the dependency again. ** Changed in: picard (Ubuntu) Status: Fix Released => Invalid -- mp3 support not automatically installed with picard https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/128600

Heh, do you guys actually check what are you doing or just randomly add depends to packages? This "bug" was reported a long time ago against a different version of Picard. The one in Hardy and Interpid doesn't use libtunepimp at all. -- mp3 support not automatically installed with picard https://

I agree. I was about to uninstall picard until I saw this bug report. There's is literally *nothing* in the app that indicates what's wrong. Saw this, installed libtunepimp5-mp3, and everything starts working. -- mp3 support not automatically installed with picard https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/
