Btw, I've noticed, that seahorse and GNOME Shell in Ubuntu 14.04 (Trusty) with
lightdm crashes if you enter a blank password in Seahorse keyring password
changing dialog.
But crash doesn't appear when lightdm is removed and gdm is used instead,
that's why keyring password dialog in Chromium web
Appearing keyring password dialog in Chromium web browser after
automatic login setup problem can be solved by instaling gdm and purging
lightdm package (sudo apt-get install gdm && sudo apt-get purge lightdm
). Sometimes keyring password dialog problem can be fixed only after
creating a new user.
There are some fundamental changes in thinking how an system should work.

But if I just close that dialog there is no difference.
So, I do not think this bug is invalid.

Thank you for your bug report, that's not a bug though. The purpose of a
keyring is to provide secure storing, if you could access the stored
passwords without using any authentification then anyone could read
those. You can always set no password on your keyring if that's what you
want though
