In that case, unless you can provide the theme package you believe was
at the root of the problem, I'm going to close this as "invalid". If you
can attach that here, please change the status back to unconfirmed.

It was probably due to some custom themes I grabbed from gnome-look.org.
I have not seen this bug again however, perhaps a random fluke?
