I kind of followed the instructions at [1] https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MozillaTeam/Bugs which were for Firefox. This is what I did: Created a new Profile. Created email to my yahoo account, subject = Test, Body = a Send TMPDIR=$(mktemp -d) apport-unpack /var/crash/_usr_lib_mozilla-thunderbird_mo

I was able to generate debug information with a VMWare install I have, it resulted in bug report: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/126690 I am a little concerned that this has happened in the new install, ok it is Gutsy, and TBird V2; I did it just to be able to send emails, so it seems that I was
