Christopher Yee Mon, could you please boot into the Live environment of Trusty
with Legacy mode, and execute the following in a terminal:
apport-collect 1260623
** Tags removed: boot dual-boot msi nouveau uefi

So this issue only happens with the Saucy Live CD?
Do you have another Ubuntu release already installed on the system? If
so, a good test would be to try and install the Saucy kernel on the
system to see if it still panics on boot.

I tried booting into the LiveCDs for both Ubuntu 12.04LTS and the daily
LiveCD for Trusty and both were able to boot into the system in Legacy
Mode
