To manag
apt install camlp4-extra
Note, selecting 'camlp4' instead of 'camlp4-extra'
Installing:
camlp4
Installing dependencies:
libcamlp-streams-ocaml libcamlp4-ocaml-dev libncurses-dev
libstdlib-ocaml libzstd-dev ocaml-base
libcamlp-streams-ocaml-dev libcompiler-libs-ocaml-dev
I have worked around the problem by downloading the correct deb from
https://launchpad.net/~avsm/+archive/ocaml41+opam10/+build/5212804.
I am running Ubuntu 13.10
