This file is present in 0.8 (utopic) and later, so I am closing this
bug.

But 0.8 is only available as a package in Ubuntu utopic. Any chance that
the fix will be backported to trusty? The Beignet in that distro is
unusable due to this issue -- even this kernel doesn't compile:
