We install libopencv-dev in our development machines.
In the chain of dependencies, it causes nvidia-319-updates to be
installed in a machine that has no nvidia, and this breaks openGL via
update-alternatives.
If I install manually ocl-icd-libopencl1 before libopencv-dev instead,

The machine got installed the nvidia-319-updates (I think this is a bug
either in the 13.04 installer or in the 13.10 upgrader, as the machine
has no nvidia hardware). A dist-upgrade, be it nvidia319 proper, kernel,
