Thanks for your bug report, more information is needed.
1. Please provide the information as described in
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingKernelSuspend.
2. We also need the output of these commands on a terminal:
$ uname -a > uname-a.log
$ cat /proc/version_signature > version.log
$ sudo lspc
manual suspend triggers the same symptoms. A correction: all lights go
off (battery light will flash if system is on AC power). Pressing the
power button will turn on the power light and cause a faint click
(speakers?) but the system does not resume.
