In OpenOffice print menu I selected "Print to File" which seemed to work
fine and produced a postscript file with the proper letter displayed,
printing to CUPS-PDF however did not work and according to the user
printing to their physical printer also did not work. The OOo "Export as
PDF" opt
Chris, does it mean that if you print to a regular print queue that
there is no problem but if you print in a cups-pdf queue it fails? Looks
like it is a problem of cups-pdf.
Chris, can you print into a file (selecting different print queues) and
see whether the PostScript files get generated corr
Till,
If I print this to postscript it prints fine, if I select cups-pdf then

2 Jacob Popov: no, the problem is that "й" isn't printed in title (e.g
"Шве ного"). That is the only problem with this document. I should
probably prepare better example, because there are some other letters,
which are not displayed aslo.

I'm having no problems with your document, Yura (Ubuntu 8.10, OOo
1.3.0.0.2ubuntu1 from ppa)

I've the problem with 7.10; I can't test it on Hardy as I don't have a
laser printer at home.
Seems that the issue concerns only wide characters, and it may
appear/disappear as I change font size. The glyphs are present, but they
are not _printed_. Maybe something is wrong with ghostscripting? or
Do you still have this problem with Ubuntu hardy or Ubuntu 7.10?
