plugin looks disabled but when you click it to enable it screen goes

Hi Laura,
I cannot reproduce this issue on my fully updated Saucy machine. I
wonder if the Wall plugin somehow got disabled.
Could please open up CCSM and see if the Wall plugin is enabled?
