I just created a RawTherapee Packagers team[0] to maintain a PPA[1]
providing packages of the latest RawTherapee 3.x release. I have
uploaded the first package some minutes ago and hope that they are
useful for some people.
It was a little bit tricky to build RawTherapee with rawzor support but

I love RawTherapee, too, and I'm very happy that it is under GPL at
last. Since it is the only free RAW converter with a reasonable user
interface, it should definitely be packaged for Ubuntu!

I think the latest debs are 2.3 - it would be nice to have an apt-get
(or even Ubuntu Software Center) installable package that adds a menu
entry and puts the binaries somewhere sane. By far a nicer / more
capable image editor than e.g. F-Spot (although I accept that the target
audience is differen
Is this an issue any longer? With the release of 2.4 it seems to not
need any installation at all. Runs like a portable application.

RawTherapee needs to be included in Multiverse. It is fantastic RAW
photo editing software that provides features not available in other
Linux raw photo editing software. RawTherapee is essential software for
serious amateur and professional photographers.
Please include this in Multiverse reposit
I'd love to see this integrated into the multiverse repos. It is a great
