It seems fine for e2fsck to output warnings appropriate to a system
administrator, and appropriate to reword them in the UI as we already do
(usplash functions show different text here iirc)

The problem is that "boots" is not accurate. A filesystem can be
mounted at other times than just at boot up. For example, if you have a
USB exnternal disk, it will get mounted each time you insert it into
