Same problem here, not a critical problem but it is a flaw. Most
applications (ie Gnucash, Exaile) that have splash screens usually
display it correctly in the center of the active monitor. OO.org is an
exception. For me this issue has to do with my virtual screen 3200x1200
using ATI's proprieta
