Hi, I have the same problem. Two display detected on a HP G62 notebook.
Hybrid VGA configuration enable both gpu. When enable HDMI, a third monitor
appear. If I mirror, lot of problems appear. Cant use HDMI mirroring, only

imthk2, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any
activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If
so, could you please test for this with the latest development release
of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com

I recently tested 13.10 on a intel+nvidia system (using nouveau) and got
the same behavior. So it seem is this is more a general problem with
hybrid graphics and not specific to the radeon driver.

It's getting even funnier. By disabling the radeon graphics card there
are three monitor outputs now! Maybe it is a problem with hybrid

The problem did not occur in releases prior to raring (just checked
12.10 from a live-usb and there is only one monitor output). Raring is
special: When running unity I didn't noticed the bug because the second
imaginary monitor is disabled by default (but still present in the
system settings). How
